This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself. See the LICENSE file that comes with this distribution for more details. */ `Under the same terms as Perl itself' generally means `GPL+ or Artistic 1.0'. I assume this header was simply overlooked when the distribution was re-licensed to Artistic 2.0 back in v0.56.
