I attempted to install this module and it failed. When looking at the build.log I noticed it says "following files are missing in your kit…Please inform the author”. I really have no idea what's going on here. I was able to install the module without this problem. The file in quesiton is part of the tarball on CPAN.

I have it figured out. Sorry, I should’ve caught this, but haven’t have any problems with other installs. I’m on a Solaris system and tar was showing an error I missed: tar: ././@LongLink: typeflag 'L' not recognized, converting to regular file x ././@LongLink, 102 bytes, 1 tape blocks x MooseX-Params-Validate-0.21/lib/MooseX/Params/Validate/Exception/ValidationFailedForTypeConstraint.p, 2361 bytes, 5 tape blocks I just got cpanm to find gtar instead, and I’m all set.
