List supported types on the command line

After a bit search I found them here: https://metacpan.org/pod/distribution/SVG-Sparkline/lib/SVG/Sparkline/Manual.pod#SPARKLINE-TYPES but I think it would be nice if the sparkline.pl could list the supported types (and maybe even told the user where to read about them more)

Added support for a new --help-types argument that lists the types. Also lists the types if no arguments are given.
