Subject: License declaratation mismatches between README and lib/Test/PostgreSQL.pm
The README file reads: COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE This version Copyright © 2011,2012 Toby Corkindale, all rights reserved. Version 0.09 and earlier were Copyright (C) 2009 by Cybozu Labs, Inc. This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself. The lib/Test/PostgreSQL.pm reads: =head1 COPYRIGHT Current version copyright © 2012-2014 Toby Corkindale. Previous versions copyright (C) 2009 Cybozu Labs, Inc. =head1 LICENSE This module is free software, released under the Perl Artistic License 2.0. See L<http://www.perlfoundation.org/artistic_license_2_0> for more information. It would be nice if the two files agreed. Otherwise it looks like only the lib/Test/PostgreSQL.pm file is covered by Artistic 2.0 license, while all the other files in the distribution are covered by "the Perl license" (GPL+ or Artistic).
Fair point; I'd intended to relicense the whole thing, but missed that in the README. The Makefile.PL does list the license as artistic 2.0, which would seem to indicate the entire thing was intended to be licensed that way. I've updated the README file now, though, so whenever a new release is next made, it will be consistent.
