Subject: newgetopt.pl is distributed by Getopt-Long-2.44
Getopt-Long-2.44 distributes and installs newgetopt.pl. These two files are identical except the RCS commit line. Is it O.k. to distribute the same file by two distributions? I feel it would be better to remove the file from Perl4-CoreLibs.
