http://analysis.cpantesters.org/solved?distv=Catalyst-Runtime-5.90082 suggests that the failure is caused by ARISTOTLE/Plack-Middleware-MethodOverride-0.12.tar.gz. With 0.11 there are no fail reports.

Reverting a small part of Plack::Middleware::MethodOverride to its 0.11 state fixes the problem. I think the bug is in P:M:MO's change, not in Catalyst-Runtime's use of P:M:MO. See [rt.cpan.org #102151]. -zefram
