Subject: Rename to Crypt::RSA::BigInt
I don't see a reason why the Alt:: namespace is used here --- the both implementations could live as Crypt::RSA::Pari and Crypt::RSA::BigInt next to each other, and there could be a Crypt::RSA which works as a kind of "factory", choosing one of the both.

You are correct. The original idea was to use this as a short-term testbed for replacing the existing module, but that never went anywhere.
