Subject: Update documentation to include C lib dependencies
Hi, A common "gotcha" when installing this library is that it requires the openssl headers to be installed. On linux this comes from the "devel" packages (rpm openssl-devel, deb libssl-dev). You can also check for these libraries in Makefile.PL with the help of Devel::CheckLib.
