seems none of your modules received an update since 2009 ;)
Did you resign from CPAN? May I help you in any way?
I currently wanted to use IO::All::SFTP and failed installing with:

Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
Whatever I can do to keep you're contributions up, let me know.
If you have a github repository, I can send Pull-requests, but if you want to want leave that behind you, I'm happy to take them over for updating them to recent toolchain pre-reqs and happily watch contributions for up-coming maintaining candidate.
