Subject: Add MANIFEST.SKIP
Two files are bundled in 0.03 that should'nt be:
- tags
- DBIx-Class-ResultSource-MultipleTableInheritance-0.03.tar.gz

To fix this, add those files to a MANIFEST.SKIP. See ExtUtils::Manifest.
