Subject: DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32 vs. DateTime::TimeZone::Local
DateTime::TimeZone::Local has DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32 as prerequisite

however DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32 has DateTime::TimeZone::Local as prerequisite as well

I am not sure who is right but it makes troubles.
