Subject: POD: document $VERSION in which features appeared
To help the user of this module to properly set its dependencies, it would be useful to document in the POD in which version each feature appeared.
For example, the object oriented interface only appeared in 0.19 according to 'Changes'.

The release info should be put along each feature, not in a dedicated section where it would be less visible.
