Thanks for reporting Peter, those online tests depend on conditions beyond the control of Net::DNS and were supposed to be non-fatal too. Unfortunately, the non-fatability didn't kick in with your setup. The test has been modified to be skipped when resolving can be detected to be problematic (because of middle-boxes that modify or block requests).
