Subject: Win32 defaults in Makefile.PL need update
The MPICH installation I got from MS defaulted to installing in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\MPI\Lib". They don't supply any bins, either. This was pursuant to your EUMM ticket https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=68679, which has now been patched.
