See here: https://metacpan.org/release/Log-Any-App (I noticed because the Log::Any::App link on https://metacpan.org/pod/release/PERLANCAR/Git-Bunch-0.42/bin/gitbunch is leading to a 404 page) (Maybe more of your modules are affected by this --- how about a systematic check?)

Probably the latter. As I've still got a few modules that is not indexed by metacpan.org even though they are on search.cpan.org (example: Module::Patch). I'll check in a few more days.
