This is a *very* minor point; I mention it primarily in case someone got this dist for the 2015 PR challenge --
The Changes file could use the addition of timestamps. Additionally, if it used a dash or bullet at the start of each line, the http://metacpan.org/release/Sub-Identify page will render the most recent changes entries.
