Subject: Tarball contains intermediate directory
The tarball contains an extra directory level, so Makefile.PL is not found at the top of the tarball, but in Alien-Microsoft-Outlook/Makefile.PL . Automatic installers like CPAN.pm cannot cope with this situation.

Works for me now. I've successfully downloaded it from CPAN. If I don't hear otherwise, I'll close this ticket shortly
