If you click the "Dependencies" link, it reports a varying amount of test failures depending on what version of perl you select. E.g. 5.20.1 reports 1 pass and 7 fail 5.12 (any) reports 365 pass and 28 fail 5.8.8 reports 63 pass, 1 unknown, and 5 fail --joe

Tests fail because of https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=79041 As older perls usually have older Pod utilities which are unaffected by the problem, the pass probability is higher.
