Subject: Undeclared dependency on JSON*
Some JSON module is required to pass the test t/01-parse_response.t as can be seen in this report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/49325071 Reports generated with CPAN::Reporter always run on perls with some JSON capability, but BINGOS tests with CPANPLUS and does not preinstall JSON modules, so in that setup we see these failing tests.
