Subject: Constants from lexical variables potentially modified elsewhere are deprecated
There's a new warning in perl 5.21.7 "Constants from lexical variables potentially modified elsewhere are deprecated". See here for a sample test report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/c0ef179e-88e9-11e4-ab50-a7e9dfbfc7aa

Did not saw RT #100359 (because it's resolved; probably should be only "patched") and 0.33 (because it's unaithorized).

I went ahead and did the release before the permissions were sorted out; that's now happened, and aliased 0.33 should be getting reindexed within the hour.
