Fails with bleadperl >= v5.21.5-402-g0ac016f and Mouse 2.4.1 when Test::Script::Run is installed

As per subject. There's nothing wrong in Elive. Just two test scripts test STDERR and fail since Mouse 2.4.1 floods STDERR with a new warning in bleadperl. But the tests are skipped when Test::Script::Run is not installed, so we still have occasional PASS reports with bleadperl. Highly fragile and unhelpful test results ensue. Tests shouldn't fail due to warnings that occur from outside the module, for exactly this reason.
