This regression is caused by this wrong patch from Filter-1.50: commit d9469404f126df6e46f9dadc2b9dea8d752b4c9e Author: Reini Urban <rurban@cpanel.net> Date: Tue Apr 2 20:50:45 2013 -0500 0:50 [RT #54452] do not re-bless filter_add args This is a major change, but I found no use counter-examples which would break, and the advantages are convincing. Of course it did break something, my sorry. Fixed in 1.52
