Right now the user is just pointed to the apple documentation, which may have changed a bit, because it's a bit hard to find the relevant docs (https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Darwin/Reference/FSEvents_Ref/index.html)
I'd like to list and describe the flags allowed, along with some of the insights that the apple docs provide (like how to use WATCH_ROOT).
