Subject: perldoc ignores MANPAGER env variable
Date: Mon, 15 Dec 2014 19:02:31 -0500 (EST)
To: bug-Pod-Perldoc [...] rt.cpan.org
From: Ken T Takusagawa <kenta [...] mit.edu>
The manpage for perldoc says "perldoc" will use, in order of preference, the pager defined in "PERLDOC_PAGER", "MANPAGER", or "PAGER"... However, in lib/Pod/Perldoc.pm , sub pagers_guessing , MANPAGER is skipped, only checking PERLDOC_PAGER and PAGER. --ken -- Sent from a Dell 1950 8 CPU 32 GB RAM

Thanks for the report. This will be fixed in a future release. Mark

This has been patched as e838ed7 on github. Will be a test release on CPAN shortly. Thanks.
