CPAN.pm thinks that CPAN_FILE C/CH/CHROMATIC/SUPER-1.20120705.tar.gz is the most recent SUPER distribution, ignoring the both 201411.. releases. Metacpan also lists the old version as the most recent one, see https://metacpan.org/release/SUPER

The problem still exists. CPAN.pm users may add https://github.com/eserte/srezic-cpan-distroprefs/blob/master/SUPER.yml to their ~/.cpan/prefs directory to workaround the problem.
