Subject: Fails with Mojolicious 5.29 and older

Mojolicious was serving static documents not regarding the HTTP method before 5.30. This was fixed in 5.30 to only serve them for GET/HEAD requests. The test that failed actually has no benefit and was therefore removed. In 0.041 all tests pass with the minimum required Mojolicious 3.21 and above.
