Subject: debug is not used
Setting debug is not really useful given that it is only used in the logit method which is not used anywhere else. Either logit should once again be used all throughout the module or debug should be removed from the documentation.

The logit calls are in the Tail.pm.debug version. I added a warning to the non-debug version which gets triggered when you try to set debug in it.
