amazonses.com is a PAID provider of UBE/UCE services that sends
unwanted spam to our mail system. We do not accept port 25
connections from amazonses.com
Spamcannibal does not block ANY mail except at its own site. Access
to our mail servers is restricted for hosts and dynamic/un-named
netblocks that have previously sent UBE/UCE to our mail system. If a third party has reported that they are blocking your mail you should contact them directly for whitelisting. Our database is public and may be inspected by anyone so that they can see why specific hosts not allowed to send messages to our mail system. Perhaps some third party is using this information for their own purposes.
I'm sure that you will appreciate that our users are not interested
in receiving unsolicited advertising in their email. The block of addresses has been added to our database because UCE has been received from it on multiple occasions. This is not accidental, to prevent further accidents from happening the listing will be maintained. If you don't send mail to our mail servers than I don't see how it can make any difference. In fact, it should benefit you as well since you won't constantly have to be checking your database for possible inclusions of mail domains that we may serve.
