Subject: POD: Document that the module is dead
As the maintainer wrote in https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=89123 this module is dead.
It would be worth doing a last release that mentions in the POD:
- the status
- in a SEE ALSO section, the name of the replacement: DBIx::ThinSQL

And then, maybe remove it from CPAN...

I have just: - Marked the module as DEPRECATED in the abstract - Described the deprecation in the DESCRIPTION - Added pointers to DBIx::ThinSQL in SEE ALSO - Added an x_deprecated value to the module meta data - Uploaded a new version I will then remove the dist from CPAN at the end of 2015.
