Hi,
The name of your distribution in the metadata is Win32-Snarl, which matches the module name.
But the dist name derived from the release file is win32-snarl (ie all lower case).
Tools which get the dist name using CPAN::DistnameInfo will get a different answer from tools that look at the distribution metadata.
Would you mind doing a release with a filename based on Win32-Snarl please? This will make life easier for people processing all of CPAN automatically.
