As per subject. No, I cannot link to a sample fail report because it is not documented which CML versions the cpantesters used. I just made the observation on my own machine. Before installing XML::LibXML the tests passed, after installing it, the tests failed. It would help if the dependency declaration could declare XML::LibXML as a dependency when it finds it installed. That would make statistical determination of the blame easy and links to the fail reports possible.
