Subject: VERSION is rather high
Hi Kevin, The version of CSS::Simple is not as per the standard followed in the CPAN community. It is rather odd to have such high number. Any particular reason of using revision number as VERSION? Many Thanks. Best Regards, Mohammad S Anwar

There is no formal definition for what a version number must look like. In this particular case it is unusual, but there is nothing wrong with it per se. This versioning was actually generated by an external-to-cpan source control system, and the existing scheme carried over in the interest of the module sponsor.
