Subject: Recurring payments (for paypal anyways) not defunct
I'm still poking at it trying to determine where and why, in the module, the error is occurring, but as of now we've lost the ability to accept recurring payments. Paypal had announced an API change, I believe not too long ago, so it is almost certainly related.

Links to the relevant API changes and patches are welcomed. I don't personally use the recurring functionality, so I don't have an immediate need for a fix.
