Sometimes I see
Argument "en" isn't numeric in numeric le (<=) at /home/nigelhorne/perlmods/share/perl/5.14.2/I18N/AcceptLanguage.pm line 352.
This is probably because browsers are setting accept strings that I:A can't accept. It may also be that those accept strings are wrong, in which case I:A should return an error rather than this message.
