Subject: Apparent scope issue

Hello, I hope I'm not missing anything obvious, but I noticed while running version 2.402 of VMware::API::vCloud, that I get the following error: "my" variable $xml masks earlier declaration in same scope at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.9/VMware/API/vCloud.pm line 1360. Looking at this, it appears that $xml is declared twice in this particular subroutine, I haven't really hacked around in it to try to get it to work, I just wanted to raise this if no one else has.
