Subject: Tk not declared as a dependency
While for a human it is clear that Tk is a prereq for Tk::TOTD, for automatic installers or smoke machines it is helpful to declare it explicitly. See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Tk-TOTD%200.4 for a test overview; it would certainly look much greener if the prerequisites were declared in Makefile.PL.
